Gracie Barra Chantilly provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction, fitness training, youth programs, private lessons, events, and related services. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, instructor assignment, and academy policies.

3. Eligibility & Minors

Adult programs are intended for participants 18 years or older.

Minors may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents/guardians are responsible for all agreements, payments, and conduct related to minor participants.

4. Memberships, Payments & Billing

Membership fees, drop-in rates, and program pricing are disclosed at enrollment.

Payments are due according to the agreed billing schedule.

Missed classes are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to services.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Membership cancellations must follow the cancellation policy provided at enrollment.

Refunds, if any, are issued at our discretion and subject to written policy terms.

Special events, seminars, and promotions may be non-refundable.

6. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and physical training involve inherent risks, including injury.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

You are physically able to participate or have consulted a medical professional.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with training.

Gracie Barra Chantilly is not responsible for injuries except where required by law.

Participants must follow instructor guidance, academy rules, and safety protocols at all times.

7. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful, disciplined environment.

You agree to:

Treat instructors, staff, and students with respect

Follow academy rules and etiquette

Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation for violations.

8. Communications & AI-Assisted Services

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

Phone calls, text messages, and emails related to scheduling, billing, and academy updates

Automated or AI-assisted communications for customer service and reminders

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, instructional materials, and media are the property of Gracie Barra Chantilly or licensed partners and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

10. Photography & Media Release

We may photograph or record classes and events for training or promotional purposes. By participating, you grant permission for use of such media unless you submit a written opt-out request.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Gracie Barra Chantilly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding billing period.
