Professor Glaucia Braga is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Gracie Barra, with over 23 years dedicated to the art.

Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, she began training at just 10 years old through a social project in her community. That opportunity quickly grew into a lifelong passion—and a mission to help others through Jiu-Jitsu.

Competition & Accomplishments

Professor Glaucia has been competing since childhood and has built an extensive international career, earning titles at the state, national, and international levels.

Her achievements include Pan IBJJF Champion, #1 ranked athlete in the GB CompNet World Ranking, and Top 10 ranked athlete worldwide in the 2024–2025 IBJJF season (Black Belt, Master 1, Middle Heavy).

Coaching Experience

Alongside her competition success, Professor Glaucia has over 14 years of experience as a certified instructor. She has taught children, adults, and seniors in both Brazil and the United States.

She is officially certified by Gracie Barra and registered with the CBJJ and IBJJF. She has also traveled internationally to compete, teach, and lead seminars.
